I provide the registered seat in the buildings owned by the partners of CHSlovakia, s.r.o.

This ensures smooth taking over of incoming shipments and sending of email notifications.

25 monthly when paid for half of the year in advance*

Collection of postal items

Taking over of postal items (plus e-mail notification with scanned items up to 5 pages per item) up to 5 items per month is at the cost of a registered seat. If the volume of postal items increases, we agree to pay for the email notifications.

Contract process

In order to increase the efficiency of mutual co-operation, the whole process of closing the legal relationship is done electronically.

In the framework of the contract process, I will send you the following documents to your e-mail address

  • Contracts on sublease of premises (Contract)
  • Invoice (FA)

I will ask you for

  • Printing and handwritten signing of the Contract by a person authorized to act on behalf of the company (Client) and delivering of the Contract’s scan to my e-mail
  • Payment of the invoice
I will then electronically deliver to you the consent of the owner of the property and the Contract signed by me and will ensure that the company is properly identified at the entrance to the building.
